Privacy Policy.
What we collect, how we use it, and what we will never do with it — written to be read, not buried.
Pantheon Yazılım ve Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“Pantheon,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides an AI-powered service located at https://pantheonstudio.co (the “Service”) that assists customers with creative discovery, campaign planning, creative generation, advertising workflow automation, and related marketing operations through a system of AI agents.
The Service may process user-provided inputs, connected platform data, and publicly available information to generate insights, recommendations, creative assets, campaign actions, and related outputs.
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your data and is intended to supplement the Terms of Service governing access to and use of the Service. Certain operational, commercial, intellectual property, account, suspension, limitation of liability, and other terms relating to the Service are described in the Terms of Service and are not repeated in this Policy.
By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@pantheonstudio.co.
- Account and identity data — your email address, authentication credentials, and account profile information used to verify your identity, manage your account, and communicate with you about the Service including subscription status, credit usage, and material updates;
- Inputs you submit — brand assets such as logos, color palettes, voice samples, and reference videos, App Store or Google Play links, product information, campaign configuration, audience parameters, and any other creative or operational materials you provide to direct the agents;
- Service & usage data — limited technical metadata (e.g., timestamps, browser/device information, IP country/region) used for security, abuse prevention, and performance analytics; and
- Connected platform data — performance data, attribution reports, audience metrics, campaign results, and account-level data retrieved by the agents from advertising platforms and mobile measurement partners you connect to the Service.
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To provide the Service — processing your inputs, operating the agents, deploying campaigns, and returning results to your account;
- To manage your account — maintaining your subscription, processing payments, sending service communications, and managing credit allocations;
- To improve the Service — using anonymized and aggregated performance intelligence to develop and improve agent capabilities, provided this does not involve using your identifiable brand assets or attributable data;
- To protect the Service — detecting abuse, preventing unauthorized access, maintaining security, and investigating violations of these Terms;
- To communicate with you — sending service updates, material changes to these Terms or this Policy, and where you have indicated you wish to receive them, product updates and announcements; and
- To comply with our legal obligations — retaining records, responding to lawful requests, and meeting our obligations as a business operating across multiple jurisdictions.
- You — the email address and search inputs (hashtags, categories, content, etc.) you provide.
- Data from connected platforms — when you connect advertising platforms and measurement partners to the Service, the agents access and process data from those platforms on your behalf.
- Account and identity data — retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to maintain records or comply with legal obligations.
- User submissions and scan results — hashtags, content, links, and derived outputs are typically deleted within 30 days, unless required to retain longer for legal or technical reasons.
We may share limited data with:
- Service providers — we work with third-party providers who assist us in operating the Service, including cloud infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and security services. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their specific function.
- Legal and regulatory authorities — we may disclose data to law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or other competent authorities where we are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory requirement, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Pantheon, its users, or third parties, or to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security incidents, or technical issues affecting the integrity of the Service.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge this inherent risk when using the Service and are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials. You should notify us immediately at contact@pantheonstudio.co if you believe your account or any connected platform credentials have been compromised.
Depending on your location and the nature of the data, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
To exercise these rights, contact contact@pantheonstudio.co. We may verify your identity before processing your request. Some requests may be subject to limitations where retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

These third-party sites are governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. You should review the privacy policy of each platform you connect before doing so.
We may update this Policy periodically.
