Terms of Service

1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pantheon ("Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Service Description

Pantheon provides AI-assisted analysis of publicly available TikTok content to identify top-performing videos ("hooks") relevant to user-submitted topics, hashtags, categories, or industries.

The Service enables users to enter search terms or upload content (such as images, videos, or app links) for automated analysis. Pantheon then processes the input using its internal database and public TikTok data to identify and return high-performing examples by email.

Pantheon may evolve over time and include rate limits, usage caps, or feature updates.

No affiliation: Pantheon is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate information (including a valid email) and to keep it up to date.

Authentication is handled through Google OAuth for verified email collection.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any laws or third-party rights (including platform terms).
  • Attempt to access or scrape non-public data, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass any technical protections.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share the Service with third parties without prior written consent.
  • Upload, submit, or link to content you do not have rights to.

You remain responsible for any third-party content you submit and for complying with applicable laws and platform policies.

5) User Content & License

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., hashtags, categories, images, videos, app links).

By submitting content, you grant Pantheon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, analyze, store, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6) Outputs & Guidance

Pantheon may produce outputs such as curated lists, examples, or video links.

These outputs are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed for accuracy, legality, or performance.

You are solely responsible for how you use any results, including compliance with advertising, intellectual-property, or data-protection rules.

7) Beta Features; Availability

Certain features may be offered as beta or proof-of-concept.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free results.

8) Plans, Billing & Waitlist

  • Free Plan: Offers limited scans per month (e.g., 3). Terms and limits may change.
  • Pro / Ultimate Plans: Coming soon. By signing up, you may be added to a waitlist and contacted when these plans are available.
  • When paid plans launch, additional terms (covering billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations) will apply.
  • We reserve the right to modify features, limits, and pricing.

9) Data & Privacy

We collect and process:

  • User email (via Google OAuth) to send results.
  • Submitted hashtags, categories, industries, images, videos, or app links.
  • Scan metadata and derived results based on publicly available TikTok data.

All personal data is handled in accordance with our .

10) Intellectual Property

The Service, software, design, and branding are owned by Pantheon or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

TikTok and ByteDance Ltd. trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

11) Third-Party Links

The Service may reference or link to third-party content (including TikTok videos).

Pantheon does not control or endorse such content and is not responsible for any third-party sites, policies, or practices.

12) Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

13) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PANTHEON OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) €100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pantheon, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service (including the free plan) if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, or pose a security or legal risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

16) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify these Terms and the Service at any time.

If changes are material, we will notify users via email or by posting an update on our site.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Paris, France, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

18) Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Pantheon.
  • Severability: If any clause is found invalid, the remainder stays enforceable.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in the event of merger or acquisition.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver.
