One prompt, one real result
Show an actual prompt becoming an output. Test whether the result or the original problem makes a clearer opening; keep both versions faithful to the product.
PANTHEON FOR AI APPS
AI app marketing works best when the ad shows an authentic input, the output it creates and a reason to return. RevenueCat’s 2026 report puts median trial-start rates at 8.5% for AI apps versus 5.6% for non-AI apps. Use that initial curiosity to explain a real, repeatable job.

THE CREATIVE STRATEGY
Start with a task the viewer already understands: turning notes into a draft, restoring a photograph or preparing a daily plan. Put the genuine output close to the opening frame. Keep the input visible long enough to explain what happened, and distinguish the app’s real interface from any illustration around it. An impressive result loses its value if the first session cannot reproduce the advertised experience.
Then test why someone would come back. A single transformation and a repeat-use routine are different creative hypotheses. Keep the audience, offer and destination consistent while you compare them. Review trial quality and paid conversion alongside click-through rate; a curiosity-driven install is not evidence of a durable subscription.
Use competitor creatives to identify patterns such as a reveal, comparison or narrated walkthrough. Rebuild the pattern around your own app, assets and claims. Do not infer a competitor’s revenue or profitability from a visible ad. Its longevity can help prioritize research, but it cannot prove that the approach will work for you.
IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR OWN
Creative hypotheses to adapt and test with your own product materials. These are illustrative concepts, not customer testimonials or promised results.
Show an actual prompt becoming an output. Test whether the result or the original problem makes a clearer opening; keep both versions faithful to the product.
Contrast trying the app with a repeat-use routine. Present this as an illustrative workflow unless you have permission and evidence for a real customer story.
Open with a common task error, then show how the app helps correct it. A specific correction makes the benefit easier to evaluate than “smarter AI.”
Connect three supported tasks in a short walkthrough. Keep the narrative focused on one user goal rather than listing unrelated features or implying unsupported automation.
Use an image you have rights to and reveal the actual output. Disclose meaningful processing and avoid presenting a curated result as a guaranteed outcome.
Show a planning or companion feature in a normal weekly routine. Describe its actual assistance without suggesting clinical advice or a replacement for professional care.
Use a writing task to make progress visible. If the sequence is sped up, label it; do not turn editing speed into an unmeasured time-saving claim.
Build a feature-led concept for people familiar with the category. Show the next useful action, then land them on an experience that actually includes that feature.
WITH PANTHEON
Use Ad Intelligence to explore competitors and hooks around a specific task. Select a reference for its structure, then write down which benefit you want the new creative to demonstrate.
Create an original ad or use Ad Clone as a starting point. Bring real app recordings and approved outputs into the creative; use Vibe Edit to refine the wording, voice or scene.
Check what the ad says against the store listing, available plan and first session. Export vertical or square versions, or prepare a Meta campaign with a budget you approve.
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Choose a task and show the real input-to-output experience. Explain how the app helps the user repeat that task, rather than relying on a broad AI claim. Pantheon helps research creative references, generate a new ad and edit its individual layers. You review whether the final result accurately represents your product.
#Use performance and audience exposure to decide. Compare frequency, CTR, acquisition cost and downstream trial or paid conversion over a useful observation window. A fixed refresh calendar alone cannot tell you whether a concept is exhausted. Prepare new hypotheses while keeping successful controls available for comparison.
#Yes, provided you have the necessary rights and the output accurately represents the experience being sold. Distinguish real product output from illustrative content. Avoid fabricated customer results, and review disclosure rules for realistic synthetic media on each destination platform before publishing the creative.
#Promote the offer that the user can actually purchase at the destination. RevenueCat’s AI plan mix is market context, not a recommendation for your app. Compare offers using your own conversion, retention and refund data, and make the billing interval clear rather than showing an annual equivalent as a monthly charge.
#Clearer expectations may help you test that hypothesis, but a new ad does not guarantee a lower refund rate. Refunds can also reflect product quality, billing, pricing and audience fit. Compare cohorts that saw different promises and check their onboarding experience before attributing an improvement to the creative.
#Do not assume that it does. Review the creative and the publishing platform’s current disclosure settings, especially for realistic generated people or voices. Pantheon’s production workflow and a platform’s advertising disclosures are separate responsibilities; the advertiser should confirm the required labels before the ad goes live.
