Video Ad Localization

Your ad, speaking the next market’s language.

Localize a saved ad into multiple languages in one batch. Pantheon translates on-screen text, regenerates the voice, rebuilds timed captions and updates talking-head lip movements. Each language becomes its own version, ready to download or send separately to Meta.

FROM REFERENCE TO DECISION

More than a subtitle change.

A translated script needs to work inside the video’s timing. Pantheon budgets translated speech to the source duration and regenerates the connected elements, so voice, captions and speaking characters can follow the target language together.

YOUR WORKFLOW

Make each step count.

01

Choose the ad and languages.

Start with a saved ad. Select from Pantheon supports 12 languages, including English, Turkish, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean.

02

Produce the batch.

Credits are reserved for the whole batch before production. If the balance is insufficient, the batch does not begin.

03

Review each language version.

Outputs are labeled with language codes. Review text, voice and timing, then download each version or send it individually to Meta.

MORE CONTROL, FROM START TO FINISH

Built for the whole creative job.

Text and voice travel together.

On-screen text is translated and the voiceover is synthesized in the target language, rather than leaving the original spoken track under translated captions.

Captions follow the new narration.

Kinetic captions are rebuilt around the localized voice. Check readability and the product terminology during review.

Talking heads follow the speech.

Lip movements in talking-head scenes are regenerated for the target language.

Separate versions, separate decisions.

Each language has an independent output. Keep the versions that meet your brief and choose where to use them.

LOCALIZATION COST

≈3.2 credits per language.

Production average per ad and target language, based on the 23 September 2026 reference data. Median: 1.2 credits. A 30-credit reservation is reconciled against actual usage after production.

Text & voice

Translation: approximately 0.25 credit per language. Speech generation: 2 credits per 1,000 characters. Analysis and any new voice add to the total.

Speaking characters

Lip-sync adds approximately 1.4 credits per generated second at the observed effective OmniHuman rate, plus speech generation. An ad with talking characters can cost more than the overall average.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Video Ad Localization: the details.

Which languages can Pantheon localize a video ad into?

Pantheon supports 12 languages, including English, Turkish, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean. One finished ad can be localized into several of them in a single batch, each producing its own version.

Is it subtitles or a real re-voice?

A real re-voice. On-screen text is translated, the voiceover is re-synthesized in the target language, animated captions are re-derived from the new narration, and in talking-head scenes the lip movement is regenerated with OmniHuman so the character's mouth actually forms the new language.

How does Pantheon handle languages that take longer to say the same thing?

The translation is budgeted to fit the source's spoken duration, not its word count. A language that needs more time for the same sentence is condensed to fit the scene, so scenes do not freeze on their last frame while the audio catches up.

Are localized versions separate ads?

Yes. Each language is a separate version, labeled with its language code, downloadable on its own in 9:16 and 1:1, and deployable to Meta independently — so a German ad set gets the German ad.
