PANTHEON FOR UA MANAGERS

Spend less of the week moving creative around.

Pantheon gives UA managers a connected workflow for researching references, producing editable video ads and preparing Meta campaigns. Keep the audience, budget and measurement decision under your control. The goal is a traceable test: a creative hypothesis, an approved asset and a result you can interpret—not simply a larger folder of videos.

THE CREATIVE STRATEGY

Start with the decision the test needs to support.

Before requesting new assets, write down what the team needs to learn. Is the barrier an unclear product benefit, the opening, a localized offer or the destination? These are different tests. Choose one, keep an appropriate control and agree on the observation window. A creative naming convention and a simple test log help connect the final assets to that original question.

The work often fragments between research links, production feedback, exports and campaign setup. Pantheon brings the creative steps together: research competitors and hooks, generate an original ad, refine the composition and prepare a Meta campaign. You still review what is said, where it will land and how much will be spent. Generated volume is not a reason to launch more variants than the account can meaningfully evaluate.

Read early creative signals alongside downstream outcomes. CTR can help explain attention, while CPI, trials, purchases and ROAS answer different questions. Measurement availability depends on your account, event setup and attribution tools. Do not infer a winner from a short window or assume that the system automatically pauses, scales or diagnoses a campaign. Record the decision and use it to brief the next round.

A MORE USEFUL HANDOFF

Change how the work moves.

Keep the research, rationale and final creative connected so the next person can make a clear decision.

01

Before: references without a hypothesis

A pile of competitor links starts a production request. Replace it with one reference, the pattern worth testing and a sentence explaining the expected user response.

02

After: a reviewable creative brief

Keep the product promise, target market, offer and test variable together. Review the generated ad against those inputs rather than evaluating it only on visual polish.

03

Before: disconnected exports

Versions arrive with different copy, destinations or aspect ratios. Agree on what the test changes, then inspect the final vertical and square exports before campaign setup.

04

After: a documented launch decision

Confirm the assets, destination, account settings and budget. Keep a human-readable record of the hypothesis so the next performance review can answer the original question.

WITH PANTHEON

Give the week a clear rhythm.

  1. 01

    Monday · define the question

Review the previous test in your measurement tools. Choose one question and use Ad Intelligence to gather relevant references. Agree on the control, market, offer and observation window before producing another batch.

  2. 02

    Tuesday · produce and review

Generate concepts, use Vibe Edit for targeted changes and inspect the final output. Check the claim, app experience, destination and format. Save approved versions and keep rejected drafts out of the launch set.

  3. 03

    Wednesday · prepare the launch

Bring approved assets into Meta campaign preparation. Confirm the available objective, event, targeting and budget in your setup. Apply your naming convention deliberately; do not assume it is inferred or enforced automatically.

  4. 04

Friday · decide what to learn next

Review results when the observation window and conversion volume support a decision. Record what changed and what remains uncertain. Carry that learning into the next brief instead of treating every new video as a new strategy.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

UA Managers: the practical details.

Does Pantheon replace my MMP or subscription analytics?

No. Creative and campaign performance should be interpreted alongside the measurement tools your team uses. Pantheon helps connect research, production and campaign preparation, but an MMP or subscription platform may supply attribution, trial quality and retention context. Keep the same event definitions, windows and cohorts when combining those views.

#

Can I launch ads without connecting a Meta account?

You need the appropriate account access and permissions to use a connected Meta deployment workflow. Creative generation and exports are separate from campaign eligibility. Before launch, confirm the account, destination, objective and event setup you need. Do not assume that producing a video makes an unavailable campaign configuration possible.

#

Does Pantheon automatically pause losers and scale winners?

Do not treat automatic kill or scale rules as part of this workflow. Review performance and make budget decisions using the controls available to your team. The page describes creative production and campaign preparation, not a guarantee of autonomous optimization, fatigue alerts or a specific improvement in ROAS.

#

Can we keep our existing naming and review process?

Yes: use your existing process as the operating convention around the workflow. Include the hypothesis and version in your records, review final assets and confirm campaign details before launch. Do not assume that Pantheon automatically enforces a custom naming scheme or connects to a particular approval tool unless that capability has been confirmed.
